Welcome to PLAY CONNECT, a social enterprise founded in April 2025 and based in Singapore with a mission that spans Southeast Asia. ​ Children have a right to play, as recognised in Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Playing is one of the most immediate and important aspects of children’s lives – they value time, quality places and freedom to play We believe in the power of free play to shape healthy and happy childhoods.
Our goal is to unite people who care about children's well-being, fostering a community that respects and supports their choices in play. Together, we can ensure that every child has a rich and fulfilling childhood. Join us in promoting the importance of play for the development of our future generations!

With over 25 years dedicated to children's play, I've been fortunate to collaborate with incredible teammates and partners. Together, we've inspired teachers, social workers, and policymakers in Hong Kong to embrace child-centred play. ​
Now, as I return to my home country of Singapore, I'm eager to reconnect with my passionate play partners and create meaningful experiences for children in Singapore and Southeast Asia. ​ This journey is also a heartfelt tribute to my father, whose playful spirit shaped my childhood adventures and imparted invaluable lessons through the joys of free play in nature.
